Lately, it seems like everyone is talking about the Whole30. I’ve run into a number of people who are starting this 30 day way of eating. I did the Whole30 myself in March of 2016 and have done mini resets of the Whole30 many times since. The results I got were shocking, and I never expected to feel so great, because I already thought I felt great. But I found, I slept better, I had less joint pain, more energy, and overall felt AMAZING.
It does take willpower and a very strong will to want to stick to the 30-day plan. Before starting the Whole30, I did my research and planned ahead for my meals. It helped that my husband stuck to this way of eating 90% of the time. We both lost weight and keep it off for months. I’d say that even more than the weight loss, the way I felt made me want to stick to this way of eating way beyond the 30 days.
What is the Whole30®? (Taken from then Whole30 Website)

Are you ready for a nutritional reset?
If you’re ready to try the Whole30, I’d highly recommend you start by reading this book to learn the rules. This will also allow you to start mentally preparing for the next 30 days. It gives you tips, so your willpower is at full throttle!
The book will explain the Whole30 in its entirety. This is just a very brief overview. I’m curious to hear if any of you have attempted the or are thinking about it. Honestly, I am going to follow it again soon. I have been feeling sluggish and feel I need more than just a mini reset this time around.
I have to get my book out again to refresh my mindset and start to get mentally prepared for another round.
