This Bag Changed My Life

0

When I was 23 years old I ditched my purse for a backpack. I bought a Coach Black Sonoma Pebbled Leather Backpack (which I still own and use).  The backpack was my holy grail back than.  I had small kids, so it was useful to have everything on my back and have both of my hands free.  I forget why or when I stopped using one.  They must have gone out of style, and I switched back to carrying a regular shoulder purse.  Fast forward to a few years back, backpacks were starting to emerge again and I’ve been carrying one ever since.  I’m usually using this Rebecca Minkoff one, and occasionally I will break out my old coach one (it’s an oldie but a goodie).  Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to using a regular purse on an everyday basis.  After you have been using a backpack for so long, all other bags just become annoying and inconvenient.

If you haven’t tried out a backpack yet, I really think you should.  If you want to dip your toes into the backpack world, there are a ton of cheap and stylish backpacks that you can try out (I love this one for under $60).  Once you experience the life-changingniss (is that even a word?) of a backpack, there are some great quality backpacks that you can splurge on.

Let me know if any of you use a backpack.  How long have you been using one, and what is your favorite one you have owned?
