It seems that the secret about meditation and it’s amazing health and aging benefits is out. The health benefits are many, so many it’s hard to ignore the benefits you may receive. I have been working on being more consistent and practicing meditation daily. I’ve felt the benefits of mediation first hand. It has made a huge impact on my sleep, my mood and has reduced my stress level. To receive the health benefits of mediation it only takes a few minutes a day. Knowing the benefits I get from meditating, I’d love to extend a Meditation Challenge to you all.
