I love this workout because you can do it anywhere at anytime. No equipment is needed, all you need is a bottle of water and good workout shoes.

  1. Start your walk and follow the workout below, continue one way until you reach the end of the workout.
  2. After you complete the workout, you either repeat it on the back or just walk. Regardless you’ll get a great workout!
