Let’s face it, sometimes getting the motivation to workout on a regular schedule is tough. There are times when we need a little inspiration or a reminder to get in our squats for the day. I recently read how some celebs make sure they are getting a workout even when they don’t make it to the gym.
They place Post-It notes around your home or office, and every time you walk by the Post-it, do the exercise listed. For example, if the post it reads 15 squats, you perform 15 quick squats. This technique should not replace your regular workout but give you some motivation the days you can’t get in your daily workout.
