Let’s face it, sometimes getting the motivation to workout on a regular schedule is tough. There are times when we need a little inspiration or a reminder to get in our squats for the day. I recently read how some celebs make sure they are getting a workout even when they don’t make it to the gym.

They place Post-It notes around your home or office, and every time you walk by the Post-it, do the exercise listed. For example, if the post it reads 15 squats, you perform 15 quick squats. This technique should not replace your regular workout but give you some motivation the days you can’t get in your daily workout.

Here are a few suggestions for easy to do exercises:

  • 15 Squats
  • 1 Minute Plank
  • 10 Push Up and 10 Tri-Cep Dips
  • 10 Lunges per Leg
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • Arm Circle, 20 Small Forward, and Reverse, 20 Large Forward and Reverse
  • 20 Standing Abdominal Crunches or Oblique Bends
  • 20 Standing Kick Crunch

Have fun and mix it up. As I said this isn’t to replace your normal workout but help get a little exercise the days when the gym or a workout is next to impossible.

I also found these fun ideas on Amazon, and these are quick ways to get a workout when your schedule doesn’t allow for 45 minutes for a full workout.
